I know it’s days before Christmas (don’t you love how they tell you day by day, even how many hours you have left?).  Gifts to buy, parties to attend and plan, and oh, those cards!  Every time you get one in the mail, you have to check to see if you’ve sent that person one.  Shoot, I haven’t heard from Joe Schmo in years!  I took him off my list just this year and he writes! 
So I just wanted to remind you to stop.  Breathe.   Clear your mind of the To Do list for just a few minutes.  If you’re an extreme A personality, do it while you’re in the bathroom.  Fit it in there somewhere, not as another thing to do, but as a gift you give yourself every day.
